Doosan Bears held a 2023 coaching staff workshop at Bears Park in Icheon for two days on the 17th and 18th.
All of the coaching staff including President Jeon Pung, general manager Kim Tae-ryong, and coach Lee Seung-yeop attended the workshop. The coaching staff looked back on last season for each part, and put their heads together for a new leap forward in 2023. In addition, external lecturers were invited to conduct communication education such as ‘practice of conversation skills and conflict management and persuasion’. 안전놀이터
President Jeon said, “Since there are a lot of newly recruited coaching staff, we needed time to figure it out on our own first. In particular, it is encouraging that the discussion was carried out with interest in areas other than my own part.”
Director Lee said, “It was 2 days and 1 night that went beyond understanding Doosan. In order to go to a much higher place than last year, we need the strength of all members. Based on the discussion that day, I will prepare well for this season.”
