2023 Park Se Ri World Match to be held at Stonegate CC in Busan in October

International and domestic women’s golf legends and sports stars, including Park Se-ri, will come together to play golf.

The Park Se-ri Hope Foundation announced on Oct. 19 that the 2023 Park Se-ri World Match, hosted by the foundation, will be held on Oct. 7 at Stonegate CC in Gijang-gun, Busan.

The Park Se-ri World Match, which made its debut last year at Bears Best Cheongna in Incheon, will be a charity event featuring legends representing sports, culture, and the arts.

Annika Sorenstam (Sweden), Carrie Webb (Australia), Michelle Wie (USA) and Laura Davis (England) will represent the U.S. Women’s Professional Golf (LPGA) Tour, while Park Ji-Eun, Han Hee-Won, Kim Joo-Yeon, Choi Na-Yeon and Kim Ha-Neul will represent Korea. Players will compete in a foursome stroke play format in teams of two, and donations raised through the tournament will be donated in the name of the winning team.토토사이트

For the first time in Korea, an exhibition hall will be built on the golf course to showcase works by artists Jung Hae-yoon, Lee Se-hyun, Hong Kyung-taek, Ko Sang-woo, Lee Dong-gi, and Kim Kyung-min, providing galleries with a new experience of coexistence between art and sports. In addition, sports stars such as Lee Hyung-taek, Park Tae-hwan, Lee Dong-guk, Jin Jong-oh, and Hyun Jung-hwa will be on hand to support the 2030 Busan Expo bid.

“We will raise the value and quality of the ‘Park Se-ri World Match’ by holding competitions every year and develop it into an event where people of all ages can enjoy the value of more than just sports,” said Park.
